Allgaier Kunststoffverarbeitung GmbH & Co. KG is a medium-sized, family-run company
with expertise in various specialist techniques used in injection moulding plastics. Our main specialism is the two-shot sandwich injection moulding of thermoplastics, while we boast further expertise in the production of chemically or physically foamed moulded parts and compact injection moulding, as well as manufacturing parts comprising several components. All of our expert areas form an integral part of our business.
We are able to offer customers in a wide range of industries the full service provided by a modern injection moulding company. This means that we assist our customers in designing their items, as well as choosing the materials and techniques used. We make the necessary tools in our in-house tool shop and keep optimising them until they are ready for batch production. We then deliver our high-quality products to our customers on a just-in-time basis. This means that production is efficient right from the beginning and it minimises costs.
